Wow! Those were some real flat spots, 125ZumaGuy. I got the Dr. Pulley Sliders for my Zuma too and highly recommend them. I’ve heard people comment on the Malossi variators not fitting right inside the CVT cover. Hope yours works for you. Great video.
what did you decide to do….
you should look into Dr. Pulley Weights…. no flat spots cause of the material and added performance because of the design… i loved my set and i will pick up another pair for the 125
also the cover for the variator and the large ramp might have a sharp lip from excess material because of how the machine stamps it out…prob on the underside. i took a file and smoothed out the edges so that it was flush and square
