2018 Piaggio MP3 Yourban Review. Insane Scooter with Car License

Meet the Piaggio MP3 Yourban. The smallest, lightest and most agile Piaggio MP3 three-wheeled maxi-scooter. It’s powered by the 300 cc engine we already know from Piaggio Beverly, a punchy unit with a good response that ables you to tackle the city and suburbs traffic.
And the best part is that you can ride it without having a motorcycle license. All you need is a car license because this is, actually, a tricycle. Still, it steers and feels almost like a car. How does this Piaggio MP3 handle compared to a normal scooter? What’s the fuel economy, the luggage capacity? What about the brakes. We’re tried to answer all this questions in a week review.

Not my cup of tea but looks like fun!

interesting design that does actually work! Curious about a couple of loosely related things, one of which was how you managed to have a 3 lane highway all to your self, all the while having a relaxed conversation about this scooter…? I’m also curious about the riding pants you were wearing – I couldn’t see if they had knee protection but I liked the pocket design… Care to comment? As always, great video presentation, nicely done with interesting information and your fairly unique viewpoint! Much thanks!

I’m not interested in scooters at all but I’m always impressed by your videos. Great work!

Too bad they are unreliable as hell. Never heard anyone that did not have problems with the front fork leaning system after a while. Exspect high maintenance cost when buying this scooter.
Also random electrical issues, specially with the lock system are normal. Nice scooter but they should change the fork system. Maybe you can also review the Yamaha Tricity once?
